ACCESS TO THE NUTANIX MICROSITES:

How do I get access to my microsite?

The electronic link for is https://www.almadenpressonline.com/nutanix/. You will need contact the site owner to request a profile. They will submit it to Almaden Press to get you in the system and assign you to the correct products.

Can I change my password?

Once you are logged in, you can click on the My Account link in the upper left corner, and then click on Change Password. Follow the instructions and your password will be changed.

Passwords must include:

  • Seven Characters
  • One Number
  • One Uppercase Letter

If you have already logged in previously and updated your profile with a unique password, those are active. Please use your unique password to log in.

I forgot my user name and/or password. How can I get access into the site?

Your user name is your current NUTANIX email address (i.e. msmith@Nutanix.com) If you forget your username and/or password, you can click on the “Forgot username or password?” link on the landing page and it will be emailed to your NUTANIX email address.

BILLING:

How do I get access to my microsite?

Each item on the site is owned by your division/user group and are shipped on your company FedEx account and will be cross charged monthly to each micro site stakeholder. The cost for the fulfillment of these orders will be billed monthly to each micro site owner.

What additional charges will apply to my order?

For example:
1st item @ $3.75 = $3.75
6 additional items @ .75 = $4.50
Total = $8.25

  • Shipping charge will be based on your selected choice via Federal Express – (estimated FedEx charges per order will be in Phase II)
  • Each Micro Site will be billed for Inventory Storage ($30.00 per Pallet)
  • Receiving of Each Item into Inventory from a 3rd party vendor ($23.00 per SKU)
  • Receiving charges for Items ordered through Almaden Press will be waived.
  • Monthly reports will be automatically distributed to Micro-site stakeholders.

I place an order today, how soon will my order ship?

In stock orders received before 12 PM Pacific will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 PM Pacific will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Note that as you place items into the shopping cart, you are immediately advised if the item is not available. Real time inventory for these items is displayed on the portal. Please note that all items are subject to availability and we do add and remove items from the store offering, based on availability and seasonality.

How will the order ship?

The following Fed Ex options are available on the site:
FedEx - Ground
FedEx - 2 Day
FedEx - Standard Overnight (3PM)
FedEx - Priority Overnight (10AM)
FedEx - First Overnight (8AM)
FedEx - International Economy
FedEx - International Priority

I am placing an order to ship internationally?

Add 5-7 additional days for International orders that require customs clearing and document verification. It is recommended that you place your International Trade Event Order at the time of hotel and air.

TRACKING MY ORDER STATUS:

How do I keep track of my order once it's placed?

Orders placed through the company store website: you will receive an order confirmation via email, in addition to an email with the tracking number once shipped. With that tracking number you can easily check the status of your shipment direct with FedEx.

Orders placed through the order form process will be processed upon receipt. In most cases they will ship within one business day after receipt. If items are out of stock or unavailable, you will be contacted immediately and provided options for consideration.
